As a result, the facility partnered with Pesapal to enable their customers to make card payments using the Pesapal Sabi POS and MPOS machine.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Pesapal Sabi POS machine came in handy with the tap-to-pay option. The tap-to-pay option is a contactless payment system that allows customers to make payments by simply tapping their cards on the POS machine without needing physical contact.
Sandra, the Marketing Manager at Rocket Health, explains that Pesapal Sabi POS has offered convenience to them as customers no longer have to worry about having cash. They can make payments using their ATM Card. She also says they can now accept Visa and Mastercard payments, ensuring they don't miss a sale.
The partnership is a significant step forward in improving healthcare delivery in Uganda, by providing customers with a secure and convenient way to pay for healthcare services.
