How to Reprint a Receipt on Your Pesapal Smart POS

Step 1: Open the Pesapal App 

•  Launch the Pesapal App and log in to your account. 

 

Step 2: Access Your Transactions 

• Tap the hamburger menu (☰) at the top left of the screen. 

•  From the menu, select Transactions. 

 

Step 3: Choose the Transaction 

•  Tap on either card of mobile money transactions to see all payments 

•  Browse and select the transaction for which you want a receipt. 

 

Step 4: Reprint the Receipt 

•  Tap on View & Reprint 

•  Then tap Reprint 

 

Note: The reprinted receipt will display “Duplicate” to indicate it is a copy of the original receipt.
