Step 1: Enter Amount: Start by inputting the amount you wish to charge the customer on the Pesapal POS interface. This is the total value of the transaction.
Step 2: Charge: After entering the amount, tap the "Charge" button. This action prepares the system to initiate the payment process.
Step 3: Select M-PESA Xpress: On the next screen, choose the "M-PESA Xpress" option. This selection allows you to send an STK push directly to the customer’s mobile phone, facilitating a quicker payment method without needing to enter a Paybill or Till number.
Step 4: Enter Customer's Number: Input the customer's M-PESA number. This step is crucial as it identifies where the payment request will be sent.
