The end in mind is to teach the curriculum, to coach the children to be leaders, to train them in the ways of God in partnership with their parents so that they can excel in life, art and music to enable them to make a lasting impact in the world.
We have an emotional bank account for every learner. These are jars that each learner has that are put somewhere in the classes with their names on it. In this jar, each learner has the duty of writing something positive about another person and putting the note inside the jar at the end of each day. This acts as a gratitude journal because it teaches our children to always learn to look at the positive side of things in life. Truth is that life can be hard sometimes but we have the power to set our minds to be optimistic.
Parents are the largest shareholders in the school that is why we treat them with the respect that is due them.
