Pesapal is a payment gateway service through which clients can process payments either via Mobile money, Cards and Mobile banking. We bring together local Mobile money payment methods, VISA, MasterCard and American Express where by connecting once, you have access to all for both online, and over the counter payments.

You can view all the transactions that that come to your account on your dashboard.

The dashboard is what you view first when you log in to your business account.

Log in to your Pesapal personal account using the email address and password that was used to create the account.

This will take you straight to the dashboard.

Select ‘Top up’, and this option will give you a guide on how to top up your account. The dashboard also allows you to view the transactions that you have made using your Pesapal account.

Please raise a ticket on support.pesapal.com with the transaction details so that we can check the payment and assist. These details are confirmation code received, phone number used, date of the transaction and amounts.

Please make sure that the details that you are keying in when transacting, are the same ones that were used to register the card. I.e. The names, telephone number, email address and physical address (billing information)

If you have taken heed of the above and your transactions still fail, please contact helpdesk@pesapal.com or go to support.pesapal.com to open a ticket with the transaction details of the failed transactions, for further assistance.

You can only use one email address once to open an account with Pesapal.

If you have a personal account and you want to have a merchant account you can do a upgrade your personal account.

Opening another separate account will require you to have another email address that has not been used on Pesapal before.

If you have paid for any good or service using your card and you would like a refund for it, please contact the Merchant who you completed the transaction to, so that they can initiate the refund for you.

The time that the amounts take to reflect on your bank account entirely depends on your bank.It is advisable to notify your bank soon as the refund has been initiated for speedy action.

If you have paid for any good or service and you would like a refund for it, please contact the Merchant who you completed the transaction to, so that they can initiate the reversal for you.
