How does Pesapal Tips work?
- Cashier enters the bill amount.
- Taps on the Tip icon at the top right of charge screen.
- Enter cashier’s/ wait staff’s phone number followed by tip amount as instructed by the customer.
- Then proceeds to charge.
- Upon successful payment 3 receipts are printed.
- Customer copy – showing a total of (tip + bill amount)
- Cashier copy – showing details of the tip (amount and ref no)
- Merchant copy – showing details of the bill amount (tip details not included in this copy)
