How To Generate A Report from Your Pesapal Business Account

Your Pesapal business account enables you to keep tabs on your transactions and when needed, to generate a report to help with financial reconciliation.

From your dashboard, you are able to generate reports for periods ranging between seven days and one year. You are also able to generate a full report for the entire time the account has been active.

Reports are available for download as an EXCEL or PDF document.

To generate your report, simply log in to your Pesapal Business Account. A panel on the left hand side allows you to select the dates and period you would like to generate the report for.

You will also be able to select the format you would the report to be in.
